CleanListPro Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of CleanListPro, including our website, dashboard, email verification tools, account features, credit purchases, subscription plans, API features, webhook settings, automation tools, payment features and related services.

CleanListPro is operated by Ashomih Fintech Solutions FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing to a plan, generating API keys, uploading email lists or using CleanListPro, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use CleanListPro.

2. Service Description

CleanListPro provides digital email verification, email list cleaning, reporting and automation-related services. Users can upload email lists, paste email addresses, verify single emails, buy verification credits, subscribe to monthly plans, use eligible API features and download result reports.

Our services may include:

• Bulk email verification and list cleaning.
• Single email address checks.
• CSV or TXT upload processing.
• Copy-paste email list cleaning.
• Verification reports showing clean, valid, dirty, risky, invalid, disposable or unknown results.
• One-time credit packs and monthly subscription plans.
• Test API keys, live API keys, bulk API jobs, webhook notifications and Zapier-ready workflows for eligible users or plans.
• Support for billing, account, verification and integration-related questions.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain CleanListPro features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account access with unauthorized users.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including credit usage, file uploads, API calls and webhook configuration.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse or compromise of your account or API keys.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, abuse API access, create payment risk or violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Monthly Credits

CleanListPro may offer monthly subscription plans that include recurring credits and plan-based features. Plan features may vary by tier and may include monthly verification credits, API access, Zapier-ready workflows, webhook notifications, bulk API jobs, priority support or higher usage limits.

• Subscription fees are billed through Stripe or another supported payment processor.
• Monthly credits may be added after each successful billing cycle.
• Plan features may be active only while the subscription is active and paid.
• Failed, cancelled or expired subscriptions may result in loss of subscription-only features.
• Users are responsible for reviewing plan details, included credits, feature limits and pricing before subscribing.
• We may update plan names, pricing, included credits, limits or features for future billing periods or new purchases.

5. Credits, Payments and Billing

CleanListPro uses credits for email verification and related services. Credits may come from free signup credits, one-time credit packs, monthly subscription credits or custom packages.

• Each email verification may consume one or more credits depending on the service type and platform settings.
• Credits are delivered digitally to your account after successful payment or billing event.
• Credits may be used for bulk uploads, copy-paste cleaning, single email checks and eligible live API verification.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• You are responsible for checking package details, pricing, credit volume and plan features before purchase.
• Enterprise, agency or custom packages may be governed by separate written terms.

Prices, packages, subscription tiers, included credits and available features may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases or future billing periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. API, Webhooks and Automation

CleanListPro may provide API access, test API keys, live API keys, webhook notifications, bulk API jobs and Zapier-ready workflows for eligible users, plans or platform settings.

• Test API keys: may be used for safe integration testing and may return simulated results without consuming live credits.
• Live API keys: may perform real verification and may consume credits from your account balance.
• Webhooks: may send event notifications to user-configured endpoints, such as bulk job completion.
• Zapier-ready workflows: may allow users to connect CleanListPro with third-party tools through API requests and webhooks.
• You are responsible for keeping API keys private and secure.
• You must not expose live API keys in public websites, front-end code, shared screenshots or unsecured repositories.
• You are responsible for your own integrations, rate control, duplicate requests, automation loops and third-party workflow behavior.

We may limit, rotate, suspend or revoke API keys where required for security, abuse prevention, billing issues, excessive usage, technical risk or violation of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CleanListPro only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You must not use CleanListPro for activities that violate laws, third-party rights or platform rules.

You must not:

• Upload stolen, illegally purchased, scraped or unauthorized email lists.
• Use CleanListPro to support spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, deceptive activity or unlawful marketing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, disrupt or interfere with CleanListPro systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, API loops or abusive traffic to overload the platform.
• Resell CleanListPro services without written permission.
• Upload malware, harmful files or content that violates applicable laws.
• Misrepresent your identity, business or intended use of the service.
• Use the platform to verify emails for illegal, harmful, abusive or unsolicited spam campaigns.

8. Uploaded Data and User Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the email lists and data you upload, paste or send through CleanListPro APIs. You represent that you have the lawful right, consent, legitimate interest or other valid basis to process and verify the uploaded or submitted data.

You agree that:

• You will not upload or submit data that you are not legally allowed to process.
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection, privacy, anti-spam and marketing laws applicable to your business.
• You will not use verification results for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or spam-related communication.
• You are responsible for reviewing downloaded results before using them in campaigns.
• You will not upload passwords, payment card data, government IDs, medical records or unrelated sensitive data inside email list files.

CleanListPro does not own your uploaded email lists and does not sell customer uploaded lists.

9. Verification Results and Accuracy

CleanListPro aims to provide reliable verification results using technical checks and validation signals. However, email verification results cannot be guaranteed as 100% accurate because mailbox providers, domains and mail servers change frequently.

Results may be affected by:

• Catch-all or accept-all mail servers.
• Temporary server downtime or greylisting.
• Anti-spam protections and provider restrictions.
• Changes to mailbox status after verification.
• Incorrect or outdated source email data.
• Third-party sender reputation, domain reputation, DNS settings, email platform rules or spam filters.

CleanListPro does not guarantee specific campaign results, inbox placement, deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates or revenue outcomes.

10. Refunds, Cancellation and Failed Payments

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because CleanListPro provides digital credits, subscriptions and API features that may be used immediately, used credits and active plan benefits are generally non-refundable.

• One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used.
• Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and plan benefits are made available.
• Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next renewal date if they do not want future charges.
• Failed payments may result in suspended subscription access, blocked plan features or cancelled renewal.
• Duplicate payments or verified platform-side billing errors may be reviewed by support.

Please review the CleanListPro Refund Policy before purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to CleanListPro if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, caused risk to the platform or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Reasons for suspension may include:

• Spam-related misuse or unlawful marketing activity.
• Payment fraud, abusive chargebacks or suspicious transactions.
• Uploading unauthorized, illegal or harmful data.
• Attempting to disrupt, abuse or bypass platform systems.
• Excessive API abuse, automation loops, suspicious API traffic or public exposure of API keys.
• Violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy or Refund Policy.

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to remaining credits, subscription features, API keys, webhooks, files, reports or account features where permitted by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

CleanListPro may work with third-party services such as payment processors, email verification providers, email delivery providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, CRMs, Zapier or other automation platforms.

• Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, rate limits and technical requirements.
• CleanListPro is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, policy changes or data handling practices of third-party platforms outside our control.
• When you connect CleanListPro to another service, you are responsible for ensuring that the integration is lawful, secure and configured correctly.

13. Intellectual Property

CleanListPro, including its website, dashboard, design, branding, software, content, workflows, logos, graphics, APIs, documentation and platform features, is owned by or licensed to Ashomih Fintech Solutions FZC LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from CleanListPro without written permission.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

CleanListPro is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. While we aim to provide a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, API uptime, webhook delivery, integration compatibility or specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashomih Fintech Solutions FZC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of CleanListPro.

You are responsible for your own email sending practices, compliance obligations, sender reputation, data permissions, marketing permissions, integration setup, API usage and campaign outcomes.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update CleanListPro features, pricing, packages, subscription plans, included credits, API limits, workflows or these Terms from time to time. Updates may be made to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements or support business operations.

The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of CleanListPro after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to CleanListPro, these Terms or related services shall be handled through appropriate courts or dispute resolution procedures in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
