We respect privacy and aim to process personal data in a transparent, secure and responsible manner. Our privacy practices focus on secure service delivery, responsible handling of uploaded information, account management, billing, subscriptions and reliable platform operation.

• Verification data: verification jobs, result files, clean, dirty, invalid, risky and unknown statuses, job history, downloaded reports and verification timestamps.
• API and automation information: API key metadata, key mode such as test or live, API requests, API usage logs, webhook URLs, webhook delivery logs, bulk API jobs, request timestamps and integration settings.
• Usage information: login activity, dashboard actions, package selection, plan changes, API dashboard activity, webhook configuration and service preferences.
• Technical information: IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, referral URL, pages visited and approximate location based on IP.

3. Uploaded Email Lists and Verification Data

CleanListPro allows users to upload email lists for verification and cleaning. Uploaded email addresses may include personal data if they identify an individual. Users must ensure they have the legal right, consent, contractual basis, legitimate interest, or other lawful basis to upload and process those email addresses.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded lists were collected lawfully and are not scraped, stolen, purchased illegally, or used for spam, fraud, harassment or unlawful marketing.

• We process uploaded email lists only to provide verification, cleaning, reporting, API processing and related service functionality.
• Verification results may classify emails as clean, valid, dirty, invalid, risky, disposable, unknown or similar technical statuses.
• Users can download verification reports from their dashboard.
• Users should not upload sensitive personal data, passwords, payment card details, government IDs or unrelated confidential data inside email list files.
• We may delete uploaded files and reports after a defined retention period or when no longer required for service delivery.

4. API, Webhook and Automation Data

CleanListPro may provide API keys, test API keys, live API keys, webhook notifications and Zapier-ready workflows for eligible users and plans. These features are designed to help users connect CleanListPro with forms, CRMs, marketing tools, internal systems and automation platforms.

• Test API keys: may be used for safe integration testing and may return simulated results without live verification or credit usage.
• Live API keys: may be used for real verification and may consume credits according to the user’s plan and balance.
• Webhook URLs: may be stored so CleanListPro can notify the user’s configured endpoint when supported events occur, such as bulk job completion.
• API logs: may be retained for security, rate limiting, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, billing reconciliation and support.
• Third-party automation tools: if a user connects CleanListPro to services such as Zapier, CRMs or email platforms, those third-party services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Users are responsible for protecting API keys and webhook secrets. Users should not share live API keys publicly, place them in front-end website code, or send them through insecure channels.
